Happy Father's Day! Fun game of trivia at the oaks! Teams were neck and neck up until round six where the teams split up with famous dads breaking up the pack. Great job awesome sauced on the comeback!

I'm not sure I ever believed in love at first sight before, but it sure didn't take more than minute for this fill-in quizmaster to go head-over-heels for The Oaks Tavern last night.

This is the kind of warm and welcoming place that just makes a person feel right at home. You can feel the warm vibe from the moment you walk in, and it also didn't take long for Awesome Sauced to begin pouring their trivia dominance all over the joint!

The Saucy ones took the night with a 20-point win over their closest competition, Concentration Champs. But the real fight was for third place, with the next three finishers coming in with scores of 48, 47 and 46! Wow! That's a tight finish. But ultimately the third slot in the winner's circle went to Spared No Expense.

That's all well and good, but the real winner last night was your humble quizmaster, who made some great new friends, and will happily return if regular host Andrew needs another night off. Thanks, Andrew. You were missed! But I had a great time.

Sunday Funday in full effect today! Teams were hungry and ready for a great day of trivia! Amazing questions tonight and the teams had a blast with them. Points per capita had a lot of double downs keeping them as front runners but the other teams followed behind closely! The drinking round was down to the final two teams of find the lady but then broke it down with a split perfect 21 during blackjack finals. However awesome sauced won it in the end! Great job points per capita on the win and to big fact hunt for a great second place!
