QUIZ RECAP

The energy in the air was slightly different tonight... The usual host wasn't hosting, this weird nerdy guy with a Zelda shirt was in his place. Whaaa???

Needless to say, the night was off to a little bit of a rocky start as I fumbled with the mixer, but as soon as questions started getting answered, they were off! Everyone Furiously writing, pens and double downs flying so fast that I had to duck a few times to keep them from hitting me!

The Taco and Hotdog team of three won my coin-flip drinking round, but after the moment of probability levity, we were right back into brass tacks. I must say this was one of the highest scoring nights of trivia I've ever had the pleasure of hosting. Even newcomers "Getting Belligerent" came in in round 6 and had a perfect round 7!

After the dust had settled, John Depp and Rob (the artists formally known as concentration champs) stood victorious! (pictured) with Cool Beans (aka Points per Capita) just behind them and Awesome Sauced (who daylight as Awesome Sauced) hot on the heels of the Beans!

Overall it was a wacky and fun night of trivia, thanks for having me and I hope you all had a wonderful time!

QUIZ RECAP

Packed house tonight at the oaks! New teams, old teams, new numbers! Teams had their general under control and new their fancy Hollywood items but teams really came alive during the common bound round. Double downs flying back and forth while teams stayed vigilant to keep their names at the top of the pack. New team shining wits won the drinking round and even won third place on top of it. Concentration concentrated hard and found themselves in second while capita knew the keyboard best which shot them to the front and secured a first place win. Congratulations!!

sunday funday was indeed a fun time this Sunday! The rowdy rivalry between buttfumblrs and concentration always takes our trivia to a whole new level. Teams were neck and neck until round four where champs and awesome took a heavy lead. They were back and forth, neck and neck until a double down threw awesome into the lead! Great job awesome with the win and to champs for the drinking round win! Whoooo!
