High risks were taken and high rewards were felt at tonight's King Trivia game at Trademark Brewing! 6 out of 7 teams successfully went double-or-nothing during round 2. Everyone contunued to do well for a while until round 2, when they collectively learned that etymology is not their strong suit. Redemption was found in the pizzaey final round, when Small Dog Enjoyers jumped to 2nd place after spending several rounds stuck in the middle. Their success is owed to taking a risk and going double-or-nothing, but unfortunately they fell just 3 points of 1st. Maintaining a winstreak for almost all of the game, it was Golfish Relay who returned after a long time away to claim their spot at the top!

It's tough to beat the heat when the heat is on at King Trivia here at Trademark Brewing! Newcomer team the Winners had a good streak in first but ultimately didn't live up to their name, falling a few places short. The Small Dog Enjoyers, Dim Bulbs, and The Small Council each enjoyed a shot at the top, but it was The Small Council that took home the first place prize and all the bragging rights that come with. Everyone did a phenomenal job at guessing who and finding the connection during the fourth and fifth rounds, but struggled with soccer and vodka trivia in the final two rounds. Tonight's game saw a lot of new faces, and with them, a new enthusiasm that warmed the room during an already warm evening.

New names for old faces here at Trademark Brewing for tonight's game of King Trivia! These teams were a mix of TM regulars and returning teams from games long past, with many switching. IS MAYONNAISE AN INSTRUMENT?, one of those teams who returned after a long sojourn, that took the first place prize after winning the tiebreaker against Ohtani's Bookies, back this week with their OG name. Tonight was the first time in a while that NOBODY found the connection - maybe if these teams played cards more often one of them would've. At any rate, they all had a strong showing in our pope and clue rounds. Sports and programming also seemed to be the fortés of many players, with our teams also doing well in our final round!
