It was another beautiful night for trivia at Woodstock's in Isla Vista!
This week's trivia landed on UCSB's finals week. Our players had successfully made it through the toughest part of the quarter, and decided to spend their first free night with King Trivia! What an honor!
Though some rounds, like The Matching Round, proved to be a head scratcher, every team earned the team spirit award this week. The joy and enthusiasm throughout the restaurant was intoxicating!
Dildon'ts (#42472), who always share their Thursdays with us, placed third. Viagra Boys (#42470), who knocked the Picture Round out of the park, snagged second place. Schleeb (#42479), who dominated the General Knowledge round, nabbed first place.
We look forward to more trivia next week with these sensational folks!

It was another spectacular night for trivia at Woodstock's in Isla Vista!
Many of our players were seeking refuge from the pain of dead week and finals. Others were returning trivia fans who had missed us last week. Regardless of experience level, there were high spirits all around. Rounds like the Picture Round and General Knowledge were a breeze for these fierce teams; however, rounds like Guess Where ended up being a head scratcher. But every team found places to excel and have fun.
John Farnham (#39679), who dominated the Picture Round, placed third. Sussy Bakas (#41742) put all their heads together and placed second. They also were able snag this week's team spirit award! And The inQUIZition (#36537), one of our most devote teams, reigned supreme in Guess Where and the Matching round.
Though some players lamented about having to wait until January to play with us again, we look forward to their return in for winter quarter.

QUIZ RECAP
It was another lovely night for trivia at Woodstock's in Isla Vista with King Trivia! Not only was this Thursday reserved for trivia, but it was also selected for a fundraiser for UCSB's ROTC program. Groups supporting the the fundraiser also dropped in and played a few rounds of riveting trivia with us!
Our players, most of whom were UCSB students, were able to find refuge from the hustle of week eight through our trivia! Rounds, such as the Picture round, were a breeze. While others, such as the Guess Who round, caused for many teams to dig deep. However, all teams, whether new or seasoned, found joy and triumph in the journey to the end of our quiz.
The inQUIZition (#36537), who aced the list portion, placed first. The Losers (#38062), who dominated the picture round, placed second. Scromiting (#40509), who tackled the general knowledge round, placed third.
