QUIZ RECAP

Trivia at Woodstock's in Isla Vista was a stellar way to end a hectic week! The restaurant was packed with people looking for rest and relaxtion...and trivia! There were returning players, ready to compete for glory, and new players, who were simply interested in having a good time. All were welcome, and took part in the joy!

B team (#35841) climbed the ladder to first place through the Picture Round and Matching Round.

Coolio Fan Club (#35901) secured second place through the Guess Who Round, a wonderous victory for this team's first game. 

Democratic Socalists (#35846) placed third through their superior plays in the General Knowledge Round.

A special shout out goes to Jesus Burgers (#35859) for their team spirit! Not only did they celebrate their team accomplishments, but they also applauded for every team's victories. And that is the spirit we are looking for in our games! Sharks (#35832) also showed their enthusiasm by using a team signal for each time their name was called.

QUIZ RECAP

Woodstock's in Isla Vista was packed with students and families, all reveling in copious amounts of pizza and salad.

Our game started promptly at 9 pm in order to satiate our crowds. Once we started, more people were drawn to play, leading to large and competitive teams. All teams were mixed bags; some teams were returning for their third trivia game with King Trivia while others were enjoying their first time competing ever. Though the Guess Who round proved to be a challenge for most teams, rounds like Matching and General Knowledge were no match for this Isla Vista crowd.

Latenightpitchers (#35157), who fought hard for their Woodstock's pitcher, placed first. Jennifer's Parents (#35159), who is comprised of some of Isla Vista's most devoted trivia players, placed second. Dirty Dan and the Bros (#35160), who dominated the Matching Round, placed third.

Young Democratic (#35166) deserves special recognition for devoting their Thursday nights to trivia with us at Woodstock's in Isla Vista. They have come to play and laugh for the last three weeks, and they are always a pleasure; their love for playing is the reason King Trivia loves calling Woodstock's home!

QUIZ RECAP

It was another beautiful night for trivia at Woodstock's in Isla Vista, California! September 23rd marked the official return to on-campus classes for students at the University of California, Santa Barbara. Our players, most of whom are students, shared their joy and positive energy throughout the game, making it a light, yet competitive environment. 

Team Sigmas On Sabado 2 (#34512), who nailed the final round, snagged third place. Team Dream Team (#34494), who excelled in the matching round, earned second place. And Team Rolling Thunder Dynamite Mega Ultra Kick (#34492), who reigned supreme in round four, finished in first place. This week's team spirit award, which doesn't currently have a plaque or a ribbon, goes to Team Utility Monsters (#34519). This team kept their spirits high and their cheers loud, which are both traits fine trivia teams! 

Several guests expressed their interest in returning for future games, especially as an escape from the hectic atmosphere of college. Isla Vista is once again a bustling college town, and the local Gauchos know King Trivia is here as an end of the week kickback!
