Trivia at Wormtown was "hoppin". The Winners pulled an early lead in round two with a successful double down. Meatballs & Marinara had an unsuccessful double down in round one but a successful one in round two. They spent the rest of the night chasing the Winners. After round three we did the drinking round. The bartenders judged our groups art with ideas for new beers. The Winners swept the whole game winning that round as well. In attempt to catch up we had five teams attempt a double or nothing and miss. And to lock in their lead the Winners were the only team to get them all!

We were so happy to have such a great showing the night before a holiday. There were a lot of new faces out in the crowd tonight. Our scores were close for much of the game. Round six the handout round was a struggle for many of the teams, but we had a lot of Disney fans in the audience who really shined in round number seven. In the end the top two teams were some of our regulars Narps and Belugas.

PARKS AND REC THEMED EVENT AT WORMTOWN BREWERY WORCESTER RECAP
The atmosphere was like 5,000 Candles in the Wind during tonight’s Parks and Rec themed trivia, with a competition so wild, it would have put Ron Swanson to shame. We really heard the Pawnee Goddesses womanly roar when they doubled down in round three. Mumps on my lumps and Scarecrowboat were neck and neck the whole game, with Scarecrowboat narrowly keeping the lead. With a successful double down, Pawnee Goddesses kept their lead and Mumps on my lumps pulled into second. We had a popular drinking round where the players created campaign posters for Leslie Knope featuring her main three loves: waffles, work, and friends. We had a guest judge pick their favorite and you can see the winner in the photo above. Even the ghost of Lil Sebastian would be proud of the knowledge shown tonight.
