King Trivia was back at Aioli Gourmet Burgers this week after having a week off to celebrate Thanksgiving. We had two familiar teams battling it out for first place. The Guess Who round and Matching Round proved equally challenging for our trivia titans, while maintaining no more than a 2 point difference throughout all seven rounds. Round 7 proved to be the great equalizer showing just how equally matched both contenders were. When the dust settled and the final tallies were made, both teams were indeed tied! After less than a minute spent on the tie breaker question by both teams, The Mighty Shushbugs emerged victorious with Dr Britt Ruhart leading the charge. Hope to see everyone back next week for more fun and useful knowledge!!!

With the holidays upon us, understandably our attendance was lacking this past Thursday night. Despite the challenge, we proceeded with the game with management's approval. We even had some of the staff, Burger Town and da best, join us for a few rounds of play which definitely added to the fun. "Your Mom" ended the night with the highest score, but graciously opted not to accept a prize based on the circumstances. We'll be off next week for Thanksgiving but plan to come back strong the following week on Thursday December 2 at 7:00 sharp. Hope to see you all there!!!

QUIZ RECAP
We finally crashed the three team barrier this week at Aioli Gourmet Burgers by hosting FOUR great teams at our weekly Thursday Trivia Night. We had a mix of regulars and first timers (for our venue) this week. The Family Feud jumped out with an early lead and held onto it with a clenched fist throughout the entire 7 rounds. The Moon Valley Players (MVP) were at a bit of a disadvantage eary on, because their team's paleantologist arrived AFTER Round 2. Not to be thwarted by the setback, by the end of the 7th round they maneuvered their way out of third place and took home the second place prize. As it turned out, all four teams were excellent at geography. So much so, the quizmaster didn't have to read any of the answers to Round 6 because all four teams aced all the questions! At the end of the evening it turned out to be a game driven by choosing when to go Double or Nothing and when to play it safe. In summary, Uniball made up of Mike Peters and Mike Griffith took home Third Place, MVP with Steve deBorhegyi, Linda Replogle, Cory Cosic and Danny Cosic securing Second Place, and The Family Feud with Elizabeth Elliott, Mickey Stern, Chloe, Evan, Merle and Jason Caplan taking first place.
