As much as I love a busy, crowded triva night, I have a soft spot in my heart for the smaller games. They're cozier, and more intimate, which was exactly the vibe tonight. We had four regular teams playing, and it was truly a gathering of friends, which made it the perfect crowd to help celebrate this Quizmaster's birthday! We had tough questions, friendly competition, and birthday cookies! I can't think of a better way to celebrate than with King Trivia and the Campus crew 🙂
Cheddar Traditional kept up their podium streak this week, taking first place. Comfortably Dumb took second, and Team Teo took third.

Well, it’s official, folks…Snickers and Reeses are, by far, the most popular Halloween candy! And while we’re on the subject…the entire group at Campus Brewing would love to know the neighborhood that is giving out full size Toblerones. We want to go to there!

The answer to one of tonight's questions (The Mediterranean Sea) inspired story time from this intrepid quizmaster - in 2006, I took a high school trip to Europe, which ended in a Mediterranean cruise. On that cruise, I paid a wild amount of money to buy internet time on an ancient desktop computer, where I was greeted with a Myspace message fron my boyfriend back home, breaking up with me. I can assure you whole heartedly - all teams tonight had a better time than I did that night!
The quiz was competitive all the way through, with teams swapping positions in the top three spots from round to round. Life of the Donner Party made a leap to first place after winning Double or Nothing in Round 5 - a round that typically stumps most players! Sherlock Homies came in 2nd, and Team Dave's Team took 3rd.
