QUIZ RECAP

Yep, that's Richard Pryor on the tv.  He was in the news today.  ...I'm just sayin'.

So Chuy's was pumpin' tonight and the teams really brought it.  To recap, I was not booed when I sang the Davey Crockett song nor "Every Morning" by Sugar Ray.  Don't worry folks, I won't make a habit out of it.

Also, if I could, I would have totally given bonus points after round three to the team that full well knowing that all questions included "A-N-T" replied with "We don't know the ANTswer!"  POINTS!

You really had to be there.  Congrats again to this week's winner "We Should Have Doubled," but look out for Bendini, Lambert & Locke, they're coming for ya!

So, what did we learn this week?  Well, the gracious players at Chuy's don't mind bad Jerry Seinfeld impersonations, bad Adam Sandler movies (The Cobbler?), and explaining to their teen aged children all about Grindr!

We all know that trivia is a lot of fun, but did you know it can also be educational?  Well, the good folks at Chuy's in Simi Valley learned a lot tonight.  For starters we learned that besides his pipe and bowl, Old King Cole did not call for Cheetos!  We also learned that there is no European nation with a royal family called "Speilbourg."  And finally, if  we can take away one lesson from the entire night, it would be that nobody, and I mean nobody, has seen the motion picture "Carol."  Congratulations to this week's champs, "We Shoulda Doubled," you guys totally rocked it!
