About Dog Haus - Canoga Park

Dog Haus has garnered critical acclaim and national attention for its signature all beef Haus Dogs and hand crafted proprietary Haus Sausages, as well as their 100% genetically tested, humanely raised Black Angus beef using no hormones and no antibiotics – never ever. All dogs, sausages and burgers are served on grilled King’s Hawaiian rolls.  Open for lunch and dinner daily, guests can choose from signature, one-of-kind Haus creations or customize their own from a wide array of unique toppings.

Founded by partners Hagop Giragossian, Quasim Riaz and Andre Vener, three friends who share a passion for creativity, quality and commitment to community, the first Dog Haus opened in Pasadena, California in 2010.

Heat Wave

 

We had a great turn out this week with some new comers coming in to show what they know. Looks like word is getting around when we had some King Trivia vets come in and show everybody how its done. The Original Rays more commonly known as Black Dragon Society started of the game in the first round capitalizing on every point with 14 points. Classic Irish Jewish Car steped it up in the second round closing the gap and second place with 12 points while DNA and Bills Angels were tied for third. By Round 4 however Bills Angels came back tied it up for second place with Classic Irish Jewish Car. In Round 5 Team Doggy Style came back to tie it up with Classic Irish Jewish Car and Bill's Angels to see who could catch The Original Rays. However The Original Rays didn't let up and dominated one round after the next. In the end it was Classic Irish Jewish Car the claimed second, Team Doggy Style that claimed third, and this weeks Kings of Trivia were the Original Rays!

ON FIRE

 

The heat did not stop these teams from coming out and raising the temperature in tonights game. We had a great turn out with 6 teams that came to battle it out. Scoring only 1 point in the first round the underdogs and newcomers the Spice Ghouls came back and won the whole thing to be crowned our Trivia Kings of the night. Behind them we had Team Artemus who just fell short of 1st place ending in second with a total of 40 points. The biggest battle was the battle for third place this weak as it was decided by a one point difference with BLIP triumphing over the Auzzie All-Stars 34 to 35.

A cozy group of revelers who fought off the post 4th of July hangover joined us for some awesome trivia tonight at the Dog Haus.

Team Artemis trio took home the victory after a solid broadway double down in round six.

Father-son duo Action Jax stayed competitive but missed out on the same round six explosion.

Karoshi solo squad hung in there for a while, and settled in for third place.

Great crowd tonight. We'll see you all next week!
