About Eighth & Rail

Eighth & Rail's liquor license was the first recorded as Derrick's Saloon back in 1878, making the bar 138 years old! A historical site located across from the Metrolink station where back in the day miners traveling north would stop for some tasty libations. Today we offer something for everyone. Come and enjoy a beer from our 14 draft selection, full bar featuring over 25 different bourbons, 20 tequilas and a craft cocktail menu. We have a small but mighty food menu that has some of the best panni’s you’ll ever taste!

Do you like to play games?? We have darts, a pooltable, shuffleboard and even a giant Jenga set to keep you entertained and on Saturday evenings we feature either a DJ playing all your favorite songs or one of our favorite live bands that will have you dancing the night away!! And NOW…. King Trivia is here every Monday at 8pm so come on by and check us out!!

Incredible energy in the room tonight!! Teams were so pumped to have trivia back in the bar, players cheered for other teams, even! EVEN! It was so exciting - we had not one tie-breaker, but TWO tie-breakers to end the game!
