QUIZ RECAP

A bunch of warm folks came out on an otherwise cold night in January. 5 teams battled it out for the first win of the year. In the end, jury of your beers took home the "w" with a masterful performance. All in all a very empty night at the roadhouse! But we had more Kingsters than barflies!

Fun night after Christmas night at Etiwanda Roadhouse! Some cool newbies who we hope become regulars, and regular folks all had a good time.

Team Savage held their own against The Winners and Why do you ask, Two Dogs?, who were neck and neck the entire night. In fact, 3 points separated the whole field for the first 3 rounds. And in round 3, everyone got a 5! So the smarts were pretty evenly distributed.

Then things got flipped on their heads when Team Savage got a devastating 0 in round 4. It got really tough after that with some pretty low scores. folks started to rally a bit in round 6 and then, well this host was a bit disappointed when no one knew their Shakespeare in the final round. Why Do you ask, Two Dogs? pretty much led the game throughout and finished with the win and 38 points. Ironically, The Winners did not win, and even got a 1 in the final round, but were strong enough throughout the game to finish in second place.

A very busy "last Wednesday before Christmas" night at the Roadhouse. Picked up a lot of first time teams to everyone's delight!

We also had a fun Christmas carol picture quiz, which RC Coola won! They also took home the 3rd place won and $10 gift card. Not a bad night at all for them! In first we had "why do you ask two dogs" with an impressive 79 points (2 back-to-back doubles in rounds 5 and 6)! In second, "dog bite to the face" had a regularly-good performance with 59 points!
