QUIZ RECAP

Good day! It's Chris, your friendly neighborhood quizmaster! We had an exciting night of questions and music at the always amazing Oil Horse Brewing Company in fun, cozy downtown Longview, TX. We had a tight high scoring game that came down to a tough final round 7 to determine the top 3. Legal Aliens finished third with 63 points, 5 behind Reading Rainbows with 68. Leading the way with a whopping 80 points was the Rainbow Diamonds! We had 11 of the 16 teams within 10 points of the lead going into the last round, but the Double or Nothing feature came back to haunt 6 of them. QUIZ RECAP

Hey y'all! It's that time again! We had a another great night here at Oil Horse Brewing Company! We laughed, we cried, and we learned that M. Night Shymalan's filmography, while filled with some true silver-screen abominations such as The Happening, After Earth, and Avatar: The Last Airbender, could have been much, much worse. Just try to imagine an alternate universe where he wrote/directed such cinematic classics as Citizen Kane, Ghost, Tangled or Grease 2! Just think of the twists!

After 7 rounds we had tight, close game where Drunk Trash Pandas (aka Racoons with grain alcohol) edged Everything Is Ossamus by a single point. Hot 4 Teachers finished in 3rd place with a very solid showing. I can't wait to see y'all next week!

QUIZ RECAP

Hey y'all! We wrapped up week 3 at Oil Horse and had a blast! Longview Art Walk was closing down right as we were heating up! We had a close, competitive game filled with thrills, chills, and we learned who the first woman in space was and how to acknowledge a name change. When the dust settled, Everything Is Ossamus came out on top, leading the way with 56 points, and and Drunk Trash Pandas and Reading Rainbows finishing 2nd and 3rd with 51 and 50 points respectively. Come out next Thursday for great fun and delicious beer at Oil Horse with us. Excelsior!
