QUIZ RECAP

Hooooo-weeee two weeks in a row, our drinking round went into OT. Tequila Mockingbirds and The Kids Table went through the entire list of Presidents in reverse order, and half of the Vice Presidents to earn a victory. This time, The Kids Table did in fact take it.

Well, we are back after our big Tournament of Champions on Saturday night, and we had quite the turnout!

Lloyd Christmas with a stunning comeback in the 6th and then 7th round, took home the victory, barely squeaking a win out in front of The Kids Table who finished 2nd, and Nasser? Damn Near Killed 'Em, just behind them. Although they did take the drinking round, Tequila Mockingbirds found themselves in a very unfamiliar 4th.

Nasty Women made their monthly debut with a respectable 5th place, and regulars TANW, and Oxymorons followed up behind them.

Both chicken dishes followed behind, but stayed relevant, with the solo Running with Ceasars had a respectable 22 points to finish.

Well, to answer the second place teams question, apparently she had an affair with the President.

In other news, Tequila Mockingbirds had a man on the run, as they took our "fuzz" round to heart. Awesome job, folks!

For our drinking round, teams battled to name European capitals, which resulted in my very first OVERTIME. Running and Ceasars and Tequila Mockingbird shocked the bar by knowing nearly everything that was thrown at them. Good job!

What a great turnout this evening! Thank you everyone for coming out in the rain to play some trivia.  It was a great game with a lot of newcomers and faces we haven't seen in a while. Oh Hi Mark! and Tequila Mockingbirds were neck and neck all night but that final tiebreaker gave them a win.
