It is hard to tell who is having the most fun at Redbeard. The teams are laughing, the staff heckling, and I... well I am just having the time of my life.

Teams waited, in anticipation, of how I would pronounce a certain French word. It wasn’t the pronunciation they expected but one they deserved. Players gasped as I spoke with great intent. It reminded them of a hot chocolaty beverage rather than whatever they had drawn in previous weeks for our drinking rounds.

I could go on all night about how much fun we had but it is time to talk about standings.

The Jukebox Heroes were tied for first in the first round, that would not last.

By round 5 The Redbeard Irregulars seemed to be pulling away with a lead. Thanks to a double or nothing The Golden Oldies took first in round 6.

Round 7 left the Golden Oldies in first and The Redbeard Irregulars in second with only a one point spread!

Teams trudged through the snow, uphill, both ways to play 7 warm rounds of trivia at Redbeard Brewing Company.

We gave team ! A warm welcome back. It’s always nice when friends come to visit.

The Redbeard Irregulars dominated the first 3 rounds with back to back to back double or nothings. Team DubDub, Jukebox Heroes, and ! All battled for second place. It was a game of leap frog all the way until the end.

It came down to round 7 to decide where everyone placed. I thought for sure team DubDub would stay in second but the Jukebox Heroes thought otherwise. Team ! Shouted as they surpassed even the Jukebox Heroes for second place. The Redbeard Irregulars stayed in first up until the very end, Congrats!
