King Trivia hosted yet another phenomenal trivia night at the best place in town to celebrate Friday Eve: Shadow Grove Brewing! The tasty beers on top were flowing throughout the night as ten teams tested their knowledge of UK Prime Ministers, television dinos, and Greek gods and goddesses across seven rounds of quizzing. The one-man team behind Cosmic Gumbo took home third place and two beer coupons worth $5 off one beer at Shadow Grove, while Conqueeftadors pulled into a second place victory with a one-point lead, napping three beer coupons! Despite heading into the fifth round at last place, Burger Of The Day stunned with a successful Double Or Nothing during Find The Connection and scored high in our final two rounds to surge into first place with 55 total points, winning five beer coupons by the end. Congrats to all of our winning teams and a huge round of applause for all the players for bringing the heat and the high energy! Fall is finally in the air in the San Fernando Valley! In celebration of the cooler temps, our phenomenal teams at last Thursday's King Trivia at Shadow Grove Brewing came out in droves and brought their A-game over seven rounds of questions. Teams tested their knowledge of celebrity yearbook photos, NFL teams, and Queen Latifah for a chance to win beer coupons worth $5 off a tasty brew at Shadow Grove! With 52 points, Burger Of The Day came in third place and won two coupons for their efforts, while I Don't Know Shit took the second place spot with a 3-point lead. But it was Team IDK which ran away with a stunning 82 points, successfully hitting the Double Or Nothing box FOUR times to secure their top spot and the top prize of the night: 5 beer coupons for a total of $25 off brews at Shadow Grove Brewing!
