A gorgeous Spring day on the patio at Society Kitchen.

High Society and Applesauce were fairly close all the way through. Both had successful doubles in round 2, with HS holding the lead through round 5. Applesauce passed HS in round 6 and barely managed to hang on for the victory.

Wilshire Wonders started in round 2. Missing round 1 and a wrong guess in the Guess Who round sealed their fate. The nice thing is that all three teams won prizes

It was a small but competitive group this Sunday at Society Kitchen. Ace in the Hole started out as the only team, but then Failures entered the fray and had several great rounds. Late to the Party, as their name suggests, missed the first two rounds but had a strong showing in the final five. Ultimately, Ace in the Hole took grand prize, but a good time was had by all

On the morning of the LA marathon, a collection of people (eager to enjoy some competitive atmospheres) decided to indulge in bar trivia. Hamz led the pack throughout the entire game, narrowly besting The Sex Quiztols. At the eleventh hour, the two teams tied for first, so we had a tie breaking question that left them both stumped. Ultimately, Hamz got the point, thus taking the crown (and the cash). Dot and Monster had a good showing, coming in third place.
