QUIZ RECAP

It was an animated evening of King Trivia at The Oaks Tavern! Five teams were drawn to the contest which ended with Keep My Team Name Out Ya Fuckin' Mouth winning the game's big prize. Rockford Peaches took second place after a strong second half and Sneaky Rafikis rode a fantastic Round 7 into third. A National Hot Dog Day-themed Drinking Round allowed teams to guess the truly devastating things their Quizmaster does to his digestive system.

We had a whopper of a night of King Trivia at The Oaks Tavern. The candy-themed Find the Connection round proved that the eight teams contained no airheads.

The scores were close throughout the game until Keep My Team Name Out Ya Fuckin' Mouth reveled in the first place payday. There were certainly no snickers when We're Screwed finished second and Rockford Peaches were full of (almond) joy to come in third. Sorry We're Late won the Drinking Round, allowing them to toast everyone's heath.

Don't be goobers, be nerds and join us next week for another night of, um, whatchamacallit? Oh yes, King Trivia at The Oaks Tavern, where we have mounds of fun.

A spirited debate took place at The Oaks Tavern tonight - which President of the United States had the best sideburns? This question may never be resolved, unlike King Trivia which is easily resolved by answering correctly a whole bunch of questions!

Genetics did just that, scoring 49 points and winning first place.  Advil Bitch and BoxAngeles.com featuring the Rockford Peaches spent much of the night tied until Advil Bitch took the advantage after the Find the Connection round.
