QUIZ RECAP

We had five teams competing for quizzing supremacy this week in Blue Lake, and they came out guns blazing!

Just about everyone aced round two, and at the end of the third round, it was still anyone's quiz. Newcomers Voluntary Infertility leapt out in front in round four, making the years of sitting in a dark room playing video games finally pay off.

Our new team left both of our regulars fighting for second - which they continued to do for the rest of the quiz. But in the end - the Gruesome Twosome triumphed over everyone - except, of course, Voluntary Infertility who really did not have a bad round.

More quizzing next week, although if all of these teams return, I can honestly say that winning one of the top three prizes will not be easy.

QUIZ RECAP

We had yet another spectacular night of quizzing in Blue Lake! Our two teams of regulars met two first time teams, and the battle ensued.

Both of our regulars successfully hit the double or nothing in round three, propelling them ahead of our newcomers, but by the end of round six, it was anyone's game, except for the ironically named Team Number One.

In the end, the Gruesome Twosome defeated the challengers and retook the King Trivia Tuesday night at Blue Lake crown. We should probably come up with a better name.

QUIZ RECAP

Three teams fought for the Blue Lake pub quiz crown as if one actually exists. There was never really any doubt about who was going to win this one, but a valiant effort was put up by our third place team, who stuck it out and came in third with only three points. It was a amazing night of quizzing and next week will be even better.
