QUIZ RECAP

The fun is always in the basement of the Wayfarer Hotel. Specifically in Lilly Rose! Four frothing teams brained it out for all the proverbial marbles last night. Let's talk:

In third place with 33 was Shario. In second place with 37 was Chillis 2 for $20 (gotta check that out). And dominating the night was Tired & Stupid with 59. More like Tired & Stupid & Victorious!  Come back next week and we'll do King Trivia again at Lilly Rose!

Fun was not only had at Lilly Rose tonight but owned. These teams OWNED the night.  From vice-presidents to Golden Girls to what Ed Helms's name is (hint: it's Ed Helms), these brainiacs brained it out and won. Let's talk:

In third place with 23 points was Sad Division. A team of one but tons of fun! Right behind with 29 points was Eternalturtles with 29 points. And dominating the evening with 40 points was Los Tiggers Del Norte. They're becoming slight regulars on this night. Let's see if they'll be back for more. I certainly will be every Wednesday in Lilly Rose, in the basement of the Wayfarer. Do check it out!

Was fun had? Boy, was it! Teams brain fighting for all it was worth! Let's talk:

The drinking round was a Doc Oc competition. Who could do the best impression of Dr. Octopus from Spiderman. This went to Jellocup, who had no idea who Dr. Oc even was and still won free drinks for her team! See? ANYONE can do this! The drinking round is the only part of trivia where not knowing can let you win!

Dominating the night with 61 points was KTown. I asked them where they were from. They said: "Koreatown." This checks out.

In second with 31 points was Jellocup. They may not know anything about Vatican City, but, personality-wise, that's a plus!
