Eight teams competed tonight and with a final round double or nothing Only Up From Here caught up and passed Alcholocaust in the final round. What did we learn on Wednesday night? There is more Smash Brothers knowledge than Pope knowledge at Chuys. No ones 90's ska fandom runs deep enough to remember Skankin' Pickle. Oddly Team PMS was unable to fill in the blank for the book title "Are you there God? Its me Margaret".

What did we learn on Wednesday night? Bugs and Buster have very similar tastes in women. There were no Megatrons in attendance. An incredible amount of Papal knowledge was in the house.

The Flaming Toxic Trivia Monkeys squandered an early lead with a miss during the guess who round, but a double or nothing brought them within a point of the lead, only to fall one point short of Only Up From Here. The three remaining teams were separated by 3 points going into the final round and the Late Commers' 7 point final round put them in third place.

Only Up From Here made bold moves throughout the quiz, three double or nothing attempts, but only the last one in round 6 paid off. Going into the final round The Beeds + Co. and Only Up From Here were all tied up. With one more point in the final round The Beeds + Co pulled out the win. What did we learn on Wednesday night? We learned that if at first your double or nothing doesn't work, try again, and then just one more time then it pays off. We also learned You Tube has a rather helpful ontologist pronunciation video. Finally we learned that yams are not the same thing as sweet potatoes.
