The moon... Who owns THE MOON?

Tonight was a fantastic night with eleven teams starting out, and ten teams finishing out. The visiting team Modelo cut out after two rounds because they had to handle am emergency, but there was plenty of competition to last three night.

It's In The Fucking Syllabus started the night out strong with a double in round one to lead the pack with 12, but later succumbed to alcohol and tough questions. Eking out a win by a single point, Lords Of Winterfell edged their way to victory with 61 and a successful double, followed by Alcoholocaust with 60 and a double, then Alternative Facts with one successful and one failed double at 52.

Quiz On My Face posted a definite zero in round 3 and missed their double in 6 to end the night at 19. It's OK, you still looked nice.

Round 7, our list seemed to be problematic for several people. Four teams posted a zero, and the highest score of the round was a 6.

Big props to Nothing Doubled who played solo and posted a respectable 33. Maybe he was going for the Disney secret club on Main Street, USA. Sure, he was second to last, but it was ALL HIM.

• Come on out next week as we battle the forces of ignorance, using mostly useless knowledge to educate and entertain masses. Remember: Tuesday is for Rosedale, Wednesday is for Wilson, and Thursday is a day of recovery.

One night they're golfing, and the next they're bowling! Double D's (aka: Suck it Trebek, Fuck You Dave, and so many others) and from the bottom of the barrel to the top of the heap in only one night. They also kept changing their team name every round. Most of those names involved doing horrible things to me or my mother.

Nonetheless, only two points separated first and third place! Double D's got two Double or Nothings to end up in first with 53, Christine Says Holla also doubled down successfully twice to get 52, and Lords odd Winterfell got one double to end up at 51. There were so many blown chances to successfully double down; 8 separate times teams could've augmented their scores. Alas, hindsight it's 20/20. Why don't they just say 1? Any number divided by itself is 1. Hell, even 0/0 is mathematically defined as 1. Trust me, I know.

Blown chances and disparaging remarks about me and my family aside, tonight was a night to remember. There were 12 teams to pack the house, but we can always cram more in, so bring yo friends, bring yo wife, bring yo husband 'cause we triviaing ERRBODY up in here!

Also, a big thank you to Lords of Winterfell for being honest. I made a dumb math error (despite being a math whiz with way more math than I'll EVER need), and they called me on it, thereby DECREASING their cumulative snow by 2 points. RESPECT TO YOU ALL.

The new teams? Ham & Eggs, Hicks Team, Beer Me, and And In Last Place! Hicks Team brought home third, Beer Googles took second, and Alcoholocaust skated away with first!
