About Clayton's Public House

With its home in the historic Spring Arcade Building in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles’ Historic Core, Clayton’s Public House is a creative collage of a forgotten time, a light-hearted, fun, tongue-in-cheek, artistic rendering of what entertained the Victorians of the 1880s while also paying homage to the Turn of The Century through the 1920s.

Offering 32 craft beers on tap featuring many local breweries, rare international beers, signature by-gone-era cocktails by master mixologist and sommelier, Krisi Jensen, and elevated gastropub cuisine, Clayton’s has something for everyone, much like the time period it celebrates.

It was an emotional night as Clayton's Public House said goodbye to two of its most dedicated trivia competitors, Campbell and Heather. Not only were these two some of the fiercest trivia pursuers, they also represented the spirit of Clayton's itself. We are all saddened by their departure (and Joel too but not until next week), but excited as they begin a new adventure in Austin, Texas.

As for the game itself, congrats to The Flaming Moe's for a triumphant return, and snatching the first place honors.

It was a lovely night of Labor Day fun, see y'all next week!

Always learning new things at trivia night. I always thought I sported a "Forest Green" t-shirt, but it turns out it's actually much more of a "Sage."

However, the most colorful team of all tonight was SSSHHH, and they were wearing the color of victory. With 76 points, they smashed the competition, and left the rest of the room sage with envy.
