Last week, Counter Intelligence lost by the slimmest of margins (one point). Tonight, Counter Intellgence won by the second slimmest of margins (two points). Congrats Counter Intelligence on winning 1st place! They took the lead early and had a perfect score after three rounds (42 points). Counter Intelligence scored siiixtyyy-niiiiine points and won $220. Team Amigos missed a double in Round 3, but still came in 2nd place (67 points) and won $50. Keyhole Shoppers took 3rd place (59 points) and won Free Drinks. And in last/not least place, We the People won a Free Pizza. Also, a special shoutout to Boys Club who traveled all the way from Montana to play their first trivia night at DiPiazza's. We hope to see you again soonnn!

"Get a load of me, get a load of you..." Get a load of Get in the Van! Team Get in the Van can thank Liz Phair for their comeback win tonight. They scored a successful double in the last round (thanks again, Liz) and won by the slimmest of margins 49-48. Counter Intelligence had the lead for some/most of the night. They settled for 2nd place (unthanks, Liz) and won $50. Whiskey Quizness came in 3rd place (46 points) and won Free Drinks. And in last/not least place, Bixby Village People has a Free Pizza in their future.

To double, or not to double...that is the trivia question. Going into the final round, our top three teams (Boss Ladies, All Night Rockers, and Team Amigos) were only separated by 4 points. Two of those teams got every song correct in Round 7's "Music Round." And one of those teams went for the double. Did it make a difference? Well, of courseee. Congrats Team Amigos on winning 1st place! They didn't miss any questions over the last three rounds (with two doubles) and finished with 79 points for the win. Boss Ladies had the lead going into the final round, and they got every song correct, buuut no double. That was the difference as they settled for 2nd place (73 points) and won $50. All Night Rockers took 3rd place (no pics, please) and won Free Drinks. In last/not least place, Bub's Fight Club won a Free Pizza after Team Get in the Van scored a successful double in the last round and "lost" the Free Pizza.
