About Figurehead Brewing Company

Figurehead Brewing Company was founded in 2016 by Bob Monroe, Jesse Duncan, and Jesse Warner.

Bob and Jesse Duncan have both been homebrewers for more than a decade. They first met 7 years ago when they became neighbors and quickly learned they shared a similar passion for brewing beer and sharing it with friends. Casual discussions over homebrews about starting a brewery gradually grew more and more serious, and Figurehead Brewing was born.

Bob met Jesse Warner during a leadership class in grad school and quickly became friends during trust falls and class retreats. They finally made use of those trust falls by joining up to start Figurehead Brewing.

Another Wednesday, another 7 pm, another great night for trivia at Figurehead!

 

Three teams vied for position today, but there could only be one winner. Our solo team, The Search for the Zone, with 44 points. Team Buppa and Minimal Adventures (A Mini version of their full four person team, haha.) with 41 and 18 points, respectively.

Another 7 pm, another Wednesday, another great night for Trivia!

 

For the first time, rankings actually mattered, with SIX teams vying for the booze. But there could only be one winner, Coke In A Wine Glass, with 46 points. Also a first, we had a TIE for prize money, Squatch and Kick In The Cavanuts both with 38, with Squatch winning the tie breaker by Price-Is-Right rules.

Two teams ran the gauntlet today, but there could only be one winner. Team Buppa with 43. In a close second, Team Cider with 31. They were tied at round three, but the Guess Who round knocked Cider back, while Buppa surged ahead.
