QUIZ RECAP

The teams all got off to an even start and pretty much stayed that way for the whole game. Bye Felicia took a chance in Rd. 1 and doubled but missed so had to play catch up. They rebounded nicely in Rd.2 with 7 to get them back in the hunt. Had a team of 1 player called Swiss, always a challenge to play alone. However, he kept himself in it by getting the Guess What question on the 10 point clue.

The turning point came when Faculty Lounge doubled in Rd. 5 and nailed it! Very impressive and vaulted them into a first place finish and the Hey 19$50 gift card. The Band Is Back Together had a solid game and took 2nd. Bye Felicia hung in there and took third away form Swiss but only by 1 point!

QUIZ RECAP

Who would come in 2nd and 3rd were the 2 questions. As I have said before, when Don't Suck is in the house, how much will they win by seems to be the trend. Last night they wound up with 66 but because they are so gracious, they did not double on the last 3 rounds and could have scored 96!

The battle for 2nd place was so close but New Team Who Dis? doubled and nailed Rd.7, securing their 2nd place finish. Psilocybin Tsunami hung on to 3rd by 3 points. Dazapodzie came in fourth but they were down a player cause she was home sick. They tell me she is the brains of he team and had she been there probably would have placed.

QUIZ RECAP

When Don't Suck shows up, it usually means all the other teams are trying to catch them. Well last night was no exception. They doubled successfully in Rounds 3, 5 and 7 and took home 1st place pretty easily.

It was a tight battle for second place the whole game but Edinburg Meerkat Jamboree prevailed by 2 points to take 2nd and Tacocat had a nice 3rd place finish. Had 2 teams join us late. Te Killya Mockingbirdin Rd. 2 and Biscuit Farmers in Rd. 3. They gave a valient effort but couldn't make up the ground. They vowed to come back next week and do better.

TKC was a fun team and when they doubled unsuccessfully in Rd. 5 it was very fun listening into them blaming each and the "I told you not to's"!
