- PUB QUIZ—Tuesdays @ 8:00pm
The Dodgers game wasn't the only thrilling event happening at Pineapple Hill on Tuesday, it was King Trivia night too.
Round one saw Tequila Mockingbirds have a perfect start and doubled down.
The picture round had teams identifying what country the shown coins came from. No team went all in and they were smart to do so an not a single one was on the money and got them all right.
Two teams must have used their mutant abilities to guess Professor Xavier as the answer to the guess who round on the first clue. The remaining teams got it right on the 6,4, and 2 point clues.
Round five saw a major shit as Tequila Mockingbirds who had a good lead the entire night up to that point, decided not to double down during the round, despite getting them all correct. This allowed Kid's Table and There's Always Next Week to catch up.
The drinking round had teams guessing the length of the worlds largest cheesesteak. Jewmanji got closest to the correct length of 480 feet long!
As the night came to an end Kid's Table eeked out a win over Tequila Mockingbirds.

The Dodgers were on the big screen, but the main event, of course, was Trivia!
Pineapple Hill Saloon was filled with avid quizards chomping at the bit for the chance at literally dozens of dollars of prizes furnished by our hosts, the Wonderful Servers, Bartenders, Bussers, and Chefs at Pineapple Hill.
There were no successful double-downs to start the tame, but There were plenty of zeroes to go around- and even some leftover for round 2! Some regular champions were taken down a peg by these rough patches, which mobilized the rest of the teams to throw their shoulders into the struggle, and a struggle it was.
Perhaps the fate of the Dodgers divided attention, or maybe the teams were sending all the good juju they could to the Blue Boys. The road was rocky on the way to the finishline, with a few doulbe downs here and there, but also some tragic defeats and all in all a conservative playstyle, keeping the point averages low.
The dodgers would go on to hit it into the stands and win the night, and once they did, all attention was back on the task at hand. Like magic the score averages began to climb. Knowing the math was against them, Seven teams Doubled-down for round 7 and no one missed it!
After a Thrilling Tiebreaker, the night was won by "There's Always Next Week" with supporting teams "Gazpacho" and "Tequila Mockingbirds" not far behind.

The night may have been somber and reflective, but what better way to pass the evening with good friends, doing what one loves?
9 teams came together for some trivial passtime. The first round went rather well for everyone, with newcomers "America's Team" Doubling down successfully. But the Double-the-points-of-their-next-challenger would be shortlived as a round two goose egg allowed most everyone else to catch up or surpass.
Round 3 settled like a perfect bell curve, but Gerald Ford gave everyone a run for their money as all but two teams waited for the last two clues.
Round 5 was a bit difficult for most teams to connect, but those who were able to rise above were rewarded and "the kids table" began to pull away from the middle of the pack. Successful double-downs in round 6 sealed the victory of the top 3, but it came down to points in the end, with second and third butting up against one another.
