Newcomers GTM were ahead by two points nearly the entire game. The 7 other teams were trying their damnedest the whole night to catch up. The 6th round separated the boys from the men when half the teams not only got 10/10, but went double or nothing and got TWENTY POINTS EACH. Subsequently they became the top four contenders going into the last round. And after all GTM had been through, they were bested by one-man wrecking machine Triviasaurus Rex, in just a 1 point difference. An incredible night, an incredible game with an incredible crowd.

Gotta Keep Your Gin Up had one of the earliest leads I've ever seen tonight and they held onto it the ENTIRE night. It wasn't until the very last round that TWO teams got 20 points by naming all the elements with fewer than 5 letters, and going Double or Nothing. The game was one-sided but that last minute change kept everyone on their toes.
