QUIZ RECAP

What a close, competitive game! While Snorts Harbour had successful Doubles in rounds 1 AND 2, they faltered in round 3 and also incorrectly guessed on the Guess Who? round,  allowing The Two Stooges and Ass-Ass-Titties to creep on their lead. Then MILFS showed up out of nowhere in round 2, Doubling their points not once but TWICE! By round 6, MOC had lost their most valuable player, Fuxtyx gave up to focus on beer and wings, all while Better Out Than In! were crushing the round and continuing to hang in with the top teams. In the end we were all counting on Jersey Trash to Double his points and take the cake (and boy was he close!), but one incorrect answer cost him the game. Better luck next time.

MILFS recruited some help from around the bar to bring them into 2nd place, allowing a e tie between them and their arch nemesis Snorts Harbour. But it was The Two Stooges who successfully Doubled in the final round ("gnats" were the key there!) allowing them to take home the one and only prize of the night! Congrats guys!

Epilogue
As we look back and celebrate The Two Stooges win, we can't help but wonder how Snorts Harbour could lose after such a magnificent lead. What caused them to lose the game, you ask? Well, it was probably their unsuccessful attempt to Double in round 3, when they listed RAM as an answer that was actually a GOAT. They would continue to contest this for the rest of the game. "But Lauren, a RAM is the same thing as a GOAT," they would whine. And I all I have to say to you, my friends, is that some 7th grade student unknowingly spent 2 hours of his life creating this PowerPoint YouTube presentation so that I could one day prove to you: A RAM IS NOT THE SAME AS A GOAT! (Something to do with chromosomes, idk.)

Another great night of Trivia at Sports Harbour! Our locals were strong today along with three teams of fresh faces that brought the heat throughout this epic night of competition.

Through Round 3, the lead changed each round after one team or another dropped a successful double down while the others did not. After Round 3, the MonSTARS (aka Space Jam meetz Jersey Trash) put up a lead that wasn't touched until Round 6 where hometown heroes (Snorts Harbour) grabbed the lead by just 1 point! The final round was a showdown between our top 3, and came down to a tie breaker! Our eventual winner was the MonSTARs after almost guessing the exact number from the tie breaker.

Sports Harbour's Trivia scene continues to grow and deliver some amazing challenging nights of competition an good times! Chris and Carla were pouring delicious beverages all night while the kitchen continued to churn out the best grub in the South Bay.

Competition was fierce tonight with no team being shy when it came to doubling down or guessing who earlier then they should have. After a back and forth between our top 3 teams, a surprise double in round 6 had Space Jam (Big Booty Hoes) pull up from behind to jump ahead by a couple points. But in round 7, Ass Ass Titties and their new teammates were able to pull up on the Big Booty Hoes and tie the game up forcing us into a tie breaker. After a close one in the tie breaker, Ass Ass Titties took home the W when they were a mere $7,000 off the correct number compared to Big Booty Hoes $70,000 miss.
