With a focus on the Southern California lifestyle, our laid back approach to craft beer is seen in our personality, style and tasting room, but one thing that is always taken seriously is the brewing process. We plan to continue bringing great beers to everyone looking for a little slice of SoCal.
One of the more challenging aspects of being a "Quizmaster" is reading the penmanship of the contestants...especially when hosting at a brewery! The night starts out great with beautiful writing. (See image 2) As the night progresses, the beer flows and the latter rounds get more challenging to read. (See Image 3) Luckily, your Quizmaster is also consuming said beverages and the scribbles look perfectly normal to me!

We have landed on an alien planet in the Torrance sector of the universe. The inhabitants call this world Dudes', which I find interesting as I note possibly more Duddettes than Dudes. They all seem to be obsessed with consuming different beverages from mighty vats while attempting to answer questions from a man who oddly enough resembles Walter White.
Kirk: Spock, analysis?
Spock: It appears to be some sort of religious function.
Kirk: Hmmm, what do you think we should do?
Spock: The logical procedure would be to blend in and learn the culture.
Kirk: As always Spock, your logic is impeccable. We...might have a good time. Bones?
McCoy: I'm a Doctor, not a quiz taker! Besides, that DaNile Team looks impossible to beat.
Kirk: Well, look at that team. They call themselves We Suck At Trivia. They seem to be doing well.
Spock: It would appear that these beverages somehow help them in their quest to hold a trophy.
Kirk: Well, you know what they say...Great Minds Drink Alike.
