Here at The Local, we strive to support our SCV community by participating in events that we can to help where we can. We are a family owned business that is run by Local people for Local people. By partnering with a local brewer we have developed our very own Charity Ale. 10% of every pint we sell along with a % of all of our apparel sales go back to The Carousel Ranch in Agua Dulce. We hope that you will take a break in your day and come visit us to watch a game, play a game or just relax with friends and family. We also are a great place to host your next business event or personal party. We take reservations inside and on the patio. We hope to see you soon!

Had about 12 teams tonight! A lively bunch tonight, all ready to play and have fun. Sidewalk Trash took their lead early on and pretty much kept it the whole time. Some worthy competitors though, as both Five Finger Discount and Livin' La Vida Local crept up on the points board. Team Second Hole quickly scooted into 3rd after the picture round, but Five Finger Discount pretty much kept a steady pace at 2nd. Not too many double or nothings were used tonight as many of the rounds were somewhat stumpers, according to some of the players. Did a word search for the drinking round which was taken by team Second Hole, and in the end it was Sidewalk Trash and Five Finger discount who got 1st and 2nd. 3rd place was Second Hole but as The Local likes to mix it up with a random choosing of a team for the 3rd place price, Team SR-70- whaat went home with the last gift card.

It was a big night at the local! We started out the night with 18 teams! Lost some along the way but most of them stayed most of the night. The competition was fierce as double or nothings were being used right out the gate. These teams came to play hard and to win. Big big pretzel mostly stayed in the lead but many other teams came to challenge them along the way, with more double or nothings and some intense knowledge of the topics of some of the rounds.
