Welcome back!

King Trivia was in the house at the Local Wine & Craft Beer Lounge in La Mirada, CA for a night of curious questions, fun answers and close competition. This week 3 teams came prepared to play and have a great time. Everyone left a winner. You should have been there!

But if you missed out, mark you calendars for next week at 7 pm. I look forward to seeing you there!

True King Trivia competition, it came down to the last round. Karpet, was a new comer to the King Trivia scene took the initiative and registered their team for the 2 bonus points, which are so crucial when the scores are so close. Filthy Few came of out the blocks with a good form but, Budz and Karpet kept with in striking distance through the 4th round. By the end of the 5th round we had a tie for 1st place!

But it still was any teams' game for the taking all the way to the end. Round 7 was where the 1st place winner emerged... The winners circle is as follows:

3rd Place Filthy Few: 32 points

2nd Place Budz: 52 points

1st Place Karpet: 41 points-- taking home the $20 gift card, and bragging rights!

This Tuesday night at the Local Wine & Craft Beer Lounge was a great kick off for King Trivia. The teams came prepared to play and have a great time. You should have been there! But, don't worry it will be happening next week at 7 pm. See you there!

Now for the game itself, it came down to the last round. Socal I had a comfortable lead after 4 rounds but when double or nothing is in play, no lead is safe. And the Winner Is... displayed true resilience sticking it out to the end, coming from behind to place in the top 5. Nevertheless, those who knew their Alphabet in Greek took the stage in the final round. The winners circle is as follows:

3rd place Like Us, But Opposite at 50 points

2nd Place Blue Barracudas with 52 points

1st Place, taking home the $20 gift card, The Wild PussyWillows with 67 points!
