This game was one for the record books. We had four teams play today (Birdboozled, McConaughaze, 3 sheep, and Keeping it in the Family). For the first time during a game we had every single team hold an outright lead during the game. We also had a venue high score! McConaughaze and Keeping It In The Family raced out to the lead. In round 2 we had 3sheep successfully double on the New York landmarks to take the lead. At the end of Round 4 we had every single team within 3 points setting up for an extremely competitive end game. Round 6 we had a trivia nirvana not a SINGLE question was missed by any of the teams. However only two teams, 3Sheep and McConaughaze opted to go for double points. Going into the final round McConaughhaze held the lead but everyone remained in contention. In round 7 three of the four teams did not miss a question and the three trailing teams all put double points on Round 7.Birdboozled and Keeping it in the Family successfully doubled. McConaughhaze correctly answered all question correctly but did not double so Birdboozle was able to tie them.
McConaughhaze won over Birdboozled in tiebreaker, creating our third new champion in three weeks. 11/3 will go down as an instant classic! I always appreciate everyone coming out to play King Trivia. Game next week is Wednesday at 7P.M.

We came into todays game with E=MC Hammered as the 2 weeks running champions. However Birdboozled had their full roster back who once had as many as 7 chips in a row. We had a third team of the 3sheep as dark horse, or should I say sheep. I had no clue who would come out on top this week and round 1 offered no insight into this billiards room as all teams were tied at 5 points. Sharon Osbourne really threw a wrench in E=MC Hammered's title defense at the bar as their opponents used a revolver to shoot their shot correctly on the 10 point clue.
This game ended with Birdboozled commiting a trivia murder with a dagger in the kitchen, both opponents were eating as Birdboozled recorded a convincing victory today. Thank you everyone who came out and gave us a fun game. See everyone next week at 7P.M. EST on Wednesday.

This match has been a long time coming with an unforeseen trivia bye week occuring. The two week wait delivered tonight we had a Birthday edition of trivia with not one but two players celebrating. Both players even populated the same team being on Monkey Gang. We had 4 knowledgable opponents Birdboozlesd, E=MC Hammered, Purely Casual, and Jeoparty. looking to defeat the Birthday Boys. The game started out with a three team tie after round 1. Birdboozled was able to gain seperation into an outright lead after round 2. E=MC Hammered managed to take the lead by correctly identifying Macaulay Culkin at the 6 point clue.
This proved to be the difference maker in letting E=MC Hammered go home alone with a second straight victory. Want to thank everyone for coming out this week and plan to see everyone next week!
