QUIZ RECAP

      First game in Rocktober rocked! We had three teams ready to incorporate some braaaaains into their spooky seasons. We had Birdboozled, E=MC Hammered, and Purely Casual show up today. We also had additional members of the crowd invested in the games outcome.

     The first couple rounds were a draw between Birdboozled and E=MC Hammered. Birdboozled took a lead in round 3 and held onto it going into the final round with an 11 point lead. E=MC Hammered and Purely Casual were not going to accept being footnotes in the Birdboozled dynasty. Both teams successfully converted "Double or Nothing" attempts in Round 7 to secure high scores for their teams. E = MC Hammered even got enough extra points to take their first lead of the night when it mattered most and ending Birdboozleds win streak at 7 games. Time will tell if E= MC Hammered can touch that streak.

    Looking forward to seeing these three teams and any potential new challengers in the Greater Roanoke area play again next week Wednesday at 7 P.M. 

QUIZ RECAP

      Today's game we had three teams Purely Casual, E = MC Hammered, and Birdboozled. Your pizza loving quizmaster here will try to make as many zany zingers during the recap to capture the zealousness these teams have for trivia. All teams were in the zone being within 3 points through 2 rounds. Momentum continued to zigzag with E=MC Hammered holding a lead through round 5

      Round 6 must have been on zillow because it contains some real estate in the heads of the Double or Nothing move. the near misses of Transformers Age of "Extinction" and Resident Evil Apocalpyse "Resurrection" zapped the other two contenders and allowed birdbooZled to get the W and continue their winning ztreak!

QUIZ RECAP

        There is a special themed trivia round at Trubble Brewing on Broadway in Fort Wayne this Saturday. The theme is Disney! This event will be ticketed, tickets cost $30 per team (up to 6 players). There will be cash prizes included for winning teams at this event. Hope to see some mouse ears there!

     To recap the game played on September 22nd we featured a game that came down to the wire. Birdboozled came out to an early lead but in round 2 they were overtaken by an upstart challenger My Drinking Team has a Trivia Problem. Did they ever have a trvia problem being the only team to correctly identify the person in Round 4 and going into the final round with a large though not insurmountable lead. Birdboozled had a clutch moment with there backs against the wall they successfully utilized the Double or Nothing to reclaim the lead and secure a fifth straight victory in Roanoke! I also want to thank everyone for coming out to play.

       Next event in Roanoke will be next Wednesday same time as well as the Disney trivia this Saturday 9/25 at Trubble Brewing in Fort Wayne at 8P.M.
