It's baaack! League Play (Season 9) officially started this week, and Reginald Vel Johnson started off on fireee. They took the lead in Round 3 with a successful double and never looked back on their way to 80 points. Trust the process! Ben The Knee finished in 2nd place, just one point better than The A Team (3rd place). Free drinks went to Citadel of Ricks for losing (and finding) most of their $6,000 in lost money all over an LA freeway. Good luck everyone in League Play!

Happy Near Miss Day! Again. Tonight's trivia ended with another tiebreaker about an asteroid that "almost" hit our planet Earth a few/many years ago. Dornish Game Men and We're The Only Ones That Showed up were both tied after Round 7. And although neither team was really that close to the correct answer (500,000 miles), Dornish Game Men were (somewhat) closer and took the 1st place prize tonight. They also had a team member (somewhat) take off his shirt and show the bar his third nipple. That actually might be better than winning 1st place. We're The Only Ones That Showed up finished in 2nd and Streets of Rage took 3rd.

They saved the best for last. Again. Congrats Streets of Rage on winning 1st place! They scored a successful double in the last round (surprise, surpris) for the win with 84 points. Quiz On My/Your Face finished in 2nd with a sticky score of 80. Reginald Vel Johnson actually got more than three songs correct and took 3rd place with 77.
