When you don't have a lot of teams, you wait a couple minutes, and people magically show up. It works EVERY time. Sure, we still only got five teams, but that's plenty for a game.
The Regulars took third place with 41. Alternative Facts got 44 points for second. Quizzards of Odds successfully doubled down on the last frame top jump two slots up into first place with 51.
Remember, if you're quizmaster isn't a brown man with a golden voice, you're probably at the wrong game.

This week we learned what happens when you double down twice unsuccessfully; you shoot yourself in the foot. Some people just have to learn the hard way, I guess.
Femme Fatale put the hammer down right out of the gate and never looked back, coasting to the finish with 56 for first place. Mockingbirds took second with 49. Third place went top Quizzards of Odds with 37.
We'll be missing Mockingbirds for a few weeks, so send them some good thoughts, but also encourage a few new teams top come out. Come out next week to see if we get a visit from the Secret Service for some threatening calls I made from one of your phones. Umm, wait. No, I didn't do that. It was YOU, on YOUR phone. At least, that's MY story.

It was a small crowd, but that didn't stop us! We started late to see if we had stragglers, but 5 teams competed for prizes.
Gaylord Focker played solo and picked up a couple members, finishing third with 39. Second place went to Mockingbirds with 43 points. Small Council demolished the competition with successful doubles in the first two rounds, finishing with 67 points.
