QUIZ RECAP

Hey there Quizzers! It was a nice and mellow show tonight at Last Call Brewing Company. 5 teams started the night out but Deez Nutz had to leave after round 1. Round 4 proved to be harder than expected and only 1 team came forward with the correct score. Round 7 was a blast for movie lovers. The winners help a solid lead the entire quiz. The Bordrinkers left with first place. Quiz My Ass came in second and Beerfitters took home the consolation prize.

QUIZ RECAP

Great night full of fun, laughter, and of course Trivia.  There were 3 new teams that came and excited about getting into the thick of things.

The Picture round turned out to be a breeze for all but 2 teams, and those 4 wisely chose the Double or Nothing option.  However, none of the teams did hot on the Survivor Round.  Perhaps its just that no one cares about that show anymore? 🙂  One teamed seemed like they weren't even born when the series aired!

The round that really threw things for a loop was the Ticker Tape Handout Round.  Teams that were behind knocked it out of the park and used their double or nothing.  Teams that were ahead either sucked at knowing the business symbols or took a risk and lost their double or nothing, so rankings changed a ton.

Once crazy thing was the Bumper Stickers joined 3 rounds late and STILL came out with 43 points.  One of them came up to me on the 10 point clue for the Guess Who round and said, "Just between you and me is...the correct answer?"  I told him that he needed to play even if they were behind, they did and he was right.

In the end the Average Joes took the gold with a steady pace of points throughout the game, leading the entire way.

QUIZ RECAP

Hey there Quizzers! We had a wild night at Last Call Brewing Company. 9 teams came out to test their wits against the Quizmaster. Tonight's rounds were up and down. Some were easy as pie. Some of them made our quizzers pull their hair out. That's the makings of a great quiz though.

Many of the teams battled back and forth for first place but by the end of the night we had a clear winner. Quiz My Ass returned to the first place slot. Average Joe's came in second and The Bordrinkers took home the consolation prize.
