Tapster was all decked out for Valentine's Day when we gathered together for the one thing better than true love: bar trivia. Our second and third place finishers were neck and neck throughout, with boots eventually taking third and Galentines Gals edging them out for second. In first place was the fantastic MSG - they actually came late and missed round one, but rocketed into first anyway on the strength of two perfect doubled rounds. Spring may be coming early, but coming even earlier is a great game of trivia! This was a real nail biter of a game, with no obvious winners until the very end. Our third place finishers were Lab Rats, who did a fantastic job throughout and pulled off a Hail Mary Double or Nothing in the last round, which ALMOST worked for them...but not quite. In second place were Baldwin, and in first place, winning eternal glory and a celebratory round of shots, our returning champs, Blue Dogs! It is finally warming up a little in Philly, but Tapster is keeping the cold brews coming for all of us at Tuesday Trivia! Blue Dogs (WOOF WOOF WOOF) took an early lead with a perfect, doubled first round and stayed comfortably in first place for the whole game, but the rest of the winners' circle changed just about every round. Hip Hip (HOORAY) ultimately took second place, finishing one point ahead of TEAM YELLOW in third, who in turn finished one point ahead of Tiny Team in fourth. Sadly, Tiny Team did not receive the eternal glory of placing (or the voucher for money off their tab), but maybe next week! See you then!
