This Week at The Press
Talk about a nail biter!! 3 teams were tied for first almost ALL of the rounds. Direwolf and Suhh Dudes ended up tied in the 6th round but Direwolf had a bit more knowledge of Robert De'Niro and took the win.
The Beer round this week we put a twist and airplanes and we called it "Smooth Landing" the team to land their paper airplane on the target wins....well no one landed it so we took the closest 3 and had them try again. Took the top two and had them switch airplanes and throw. Let me just say they threw each others better.
Lady and the trampstamps were so close this week to finishing in the top two. I have a feeling next week they are gunna come back and win

This week at The Press...
This week was definitely a battle for the top 2 teams. Dire Wolf took the win this week with 72 points and said dude took 2nd with 57 points. Dire Wolf had some great double Downs this week congratulations On this week's win.
For our beer round this week we played beer pong A team that was only there for 3 rounds took the win, Although Suhh Dudes Where the only team to hit the cup It was in fact Patrick who was closest to the cup.
The convention group was back and decided to play this week they were awesome and very polite to those who were playing Trivia. At the end of the game some of them decided to buy shots for myself and the bartenders. We greatly appreciate it thank you guys for coming see you next year.

This week at The Press
We started with about 14 teams but it started to dwindle when we had a convention group come in and kinda took over but our true diehards stayed and played.
I want to say a huge thank you to those who did come in during the game, who were polite and considerate of those around them. Thank you to those who joined in even in the last 3 rounds.
The group had a pirate them so for our beer round I asked each team to come up with their best pirate joke. I had 2 of the dressed up guys pick the winner, they chose "how do pirates like their women?" "A bit (s)CURVY" and the runner up is in the pictures.... "what's a pirates favorite thing to smoke?" "CRACK-en".
This weeks winner was Suhh Dudes with a score 70 and The Faux McCoy in 2nd with 62. Round 5 the "Find the Connection" seem to be a bit challenging for most teams but they all earned some points at least. I was a bit saddened to hear 1 team had NEVER seen the Bodyguard and so they didn't know the answer to our guess who round.... I made sure to scold them politely and tell them their homework before next week is to watch it.
Very happy with all teams this week and our visiting guests. Thank you all.
