This week at The Press.....

What a great week here. New teams, returning teams and teams who play at other venues came out. We were so close to having a full group who have registered their team at King Trivia, my goal is to have all teams registered.

This week Full Court Press and Alanna and Friends were tied for first but it was Full Court Press that won the tie breaking question. It was a battle till the end and as always each team had their round they excelled in.

For our beer round this week, we had an epic battle of Rock, Paper, Scissors with the teams. Eliminating half in the first round and then battling it out to the last two teams and the best of 3. Shortbus took the win 2-1!!! Let me just say Rock Paper Scissors brings either the best or worst out of people lol.

This week I tried the Pesto pasta with chicken (pictured above) and it was AMAZING!! Thank you to the bartender Nicole for recommendation.

QUIZ RECAP

Apparently a lot of teams were still hungover from St. Paddys cause it was our lowest attendance since I started. We did not let that ruin our fun tho.

Teams Nasty J and Less is More More were 1 point apart from each other the whole game but Less is More More pulled out the win with 69 and Nasty J with 68.

As always each team definitely showed their strengths. Nosedive bar finished the handout round in about 2 minutes and doubled down correctly.

QUIZ RECAP

This week at the Press, good times with great people.

This week Direwolf took first with Squritle Squad in a close second. Let me just say it was anyone's game pretty much the whole game. 95% of the teams doubled down correctly in our handout round, showing they know religions pretty well.

It was a full house this week with those playing and those just there to enjoy what The Press has to offer. The staff at the Press is always amazing and on top of their A game when it comes to service.

We played beer pong/ basketball this week for the beer round, no one made the cup but one team got close and won our beer round for the week.
