Anything can happen at Underdogs, especially when it's a tough night. Rounds 6 and 7 stumped our crowds by and large, which made Wakanda Forever's victory all the more impressive- they were the highest scoring team four rounds in a row! Thats just skill.

Nevertheless, Almost Okay refused to go down without a fight. They tied for silver with newcomers Gingko 1997, and beat the tiebreaker question by a wide margin.

Congrats to all our teams tonight. You fought proudly, bravely, and knowledgeably. You should all be very pleased with yourselves.

QUIZ RECAP

Okay, I love this bar.

The teams were beyond brilliant this week- each of them NAILED round 3, and we all sang a round of "Wonderwall" to celebrate a "Wonder-full" round. Quizmaster on mic included. No shame.

The valdictorians of the night were Almost, Okay who, despite a round 5 double stumble, got their first Guess Who win and bounced back in round 6 with a double that secured their lead. Their shouts of joy almost busted the rafters.

Points to team (DJ AIRHORN NOISE) for the creative name of the night. They even gave an onomonopeia to pronounce as a guide, which your Quizmaster gladly used through the game.

In a twist of fate, we had another tie this night! Don't get too antsy- it was for 4th. After hearing the tiebreaker question, Destiny's Child and the Homeless Dude Lovers decided to play nice and gladly share the title. Don't you love it when we all just get along?

You're a heartbreaker, dream maker, TIE BREAKER DON'T YOU MESS AROUND NO NO NO!!!

Underdogs had it's first ever tiebreaker tonight (with almost okay just missing out, 2 points behind). Both teams underestimated the final question, but Wakanda Forever got closer and emerged victorious, securing their first ever trivia win at Underdogs.
