In what must feel like deja vu it was Game of Thrones night AGAIN this week! Aptly named teams brought their knowledge to the tables along with not many right answers. When the question was asked if they drink and they know things- most just opted for drinking. Team A-Aemond gained the lead in round #4 after correctly guessing the Guess Who early on and they never let up as they increased their lead every round until winning it all in the end. Late arrivals WINcest improved every round and had an impressive 3rd place finish while Little Finger Jr. hung around all night and finished in 2nd place. Finally, for the drinking round it was A-Aemond that best demonstrated their map making skills of Westeros. They took home the free beer!

LAST NAME BREWING: GAME OF THRONES RECAP
Last night's trivia was a special one, as it was Game of Thrones! I was a bit nervous as I have never seen a single epsiode, and I knew I was in for a doozy with some of the character names, but thanks to my good friend Google I made it through. The crowd was an awesome one, who gave me a lot of grace if I would momentarily forget how to pronounce something and we had a lot of fans of the show in the crowd.

QUIZ RECAP
It was national root beer day today and on this day our teams went back and forth and back again on who was in the lead. It was still a nail biter as we headed into the late rounds, but as we entered the last round, the Potatoes took over the lead (the fourth team to have a lead tonight!) with a successful double down in round 6. They then hung on for the winning score of 55 points. For our drinking round we did honor national root beer day and conducted a mini quiz about the history of root beer. The Lackluster Stars and Mr and Whoever Shows Up were tied so we went to a tiebreaker question, which Mr and Whoever Shows Up successfully answered.
