QUIZ RECAP

It was wonderful to start the night with so many familiar faces in our three resident teams, Lime Skittles, Hot Pockets, and Flag Hags! Joining them tonight were Jugs & Thugs and late comers SJB.

Lime Skittles shot to first place with Jugs & Thugs right behind them when they went Double or Nothing in the second round.

Flag Hags made their way into second with the only Double or Nothing in our cheese round!

Our Guess Who round was over almost as soon as it began- every one knew Sting right away!

SJB joined us later in the game and they really knew what they were talking about!

In a final effort to secure third, Flag Hags went double or nothing and it paid it off! Lime Skittles also went double or nothing in the final round to lock in first place

QUIZ RECAP

We had a full house tonight! We started the night with 5 teams who weren't too certain for the first round! World Kids Mamas joined us in the second round but managed to keep rank with everyone else because they know their stuff! And that's where things for interesting!

Everyone finished the first round with barely a handful of points but Lime Skittles and The Importance of Bert and Ernest and Please Be Nice, Chinese Bottom took off running in the second round, all earning their leads with a Double or Nothing risk. We clearly had a lot of Stephen King fans in the crowd!

Our Guess Who round definitely stumped the crowd with everyone losing a point except for Lime Skittles, stomping the competition with a whopping 6 points this round.

They did it again in our Connection round, gaining 20 more points!!

Hot Pockets and Tom Brady's Balls were neck and neck the entire game, with Hot Pockets only ever two more points ahead for being registered with us at King Trivia! Those extra points can make or break a team!

Lime Skittles could have had another Double or Nothing in the final round, but they didn't need it! They dominated the evening with 68 points, followed by The Importance of Bert and Ernest with 42 points, and a close match among all our other teams in the 30's.

Shout out to World Kids Mamas for catching up to everyone, even a round late, and keeping us on our toes, as well as Lime Skittles for annihilating the competition!

QUIZ RECAP

Tonight was a battle between the 3 stalwart teams at the Lumberyard! Things started out slow with the Hot Pockets being able to take a lead with their video game knowledge getting them 7 out of 8 points. However, the Lime Skittles took a risk and went double or nothing in the 3rd round to take the lead (which they never relinquished). Flag Hags could've kept pace if they went double or nothing as they also got every answer right in the 3rd round but didn't take the risk.

The Flag Hags were able to keep it close, however, but the Lime Skittles pulled away in the 6th round with another double or nothing score! At that point, they had the contest wrapped up but finished strong with a perfect score in the final round as well. We'll see next week who can come back, who's new, and who's ready to take down the reigning champions!
