An exciting evening at The Lumberyard, that came down to the wire with a couple of double or nothing's late in the evening.

The Flag Hags seemed to take control of the game with a successful double or nothing for 20 points in round 5. Thriving on our Green Eggs & Ham connection round. But Lime Skittles and Le Fuck kept hanging around in the standings. But in our very last round Lime Skittles comes in clutch with a 20 point double or nothing of their own, just barely edging out Flag Hags for the first place prize.

Favorite question of the night: "Ol' Man River is a song from what 1927 musical? Simply because I got to quietly sing a snippet of Ol' Man River.

Favorite answer of the night: Cheyenne Charlatans, in response to 'What are the 4 NFL teams with fully alliterative team names? That response came from the Flag Hags, who told me the Lumberyard wasn't the place for "Sportsball". Sorry Flag Hags.

The night started strong with Spill the Impeachment Tea dominating for the first three rounds! Lime Skittles was coming up fast until they wagered double or nothing, missing one and getting none! But wait! Flag Hags squeaked by to oust Spill the Impeachment Tea by a point in the fourth round.

Our questions round had nearly everyone throwing down for the first 10 points, with all submissions guessing The Exorcist, but patience proved to be a virtue for Spill the Impeachment Tea and Where's Michael, who held out for more information until they knew Young Frankenstein.

Spill the Impeachment cinched the win with Lime Skittles and Flag Hags very close behind!

QUIZ RECAP

I walked into a full bar! We had a birthday party AND a bridal party going on. 26 players and not an empty table in sight! We started early with the Double or Nothings in round 2; everyone was so savvy with the pictures but the Byrkhalter-Radabough Bridal Party took the lead at 28pts topping the score board until Hot Pockets squeaked by with one more point in Round 4 with Lime Skittles close behind them.
Round 5 saw over half of our teams neck and neck to lead the way with Lime Skittles at 37pts, Love Notes to Michael with 37pts, Hot Pockets at 38pts, and Byrkhalter-Radabough Bridal Party getting back on top with 40 points.

Times grew tense in Round 6! Single Not So Single and Fupa Living took a risk with their Double or Nothings and bottomed out! But in an M. Night Shyamalan plot twist the Double or Nothing paid off for Love Notes to Michael to take the lead and then cinch the win with 62pts.
