Man oh man, this was the most neck and neck trivia I have ever hosted before. Two of our regular teams were out for blood tonight, as our bartender Jason accidentally put an additional $10 onto the first place gift card tonight. A total of 16 teams competed this evening, with Fat Kyle and The boys and Red Lantern fighting for those top 2 spots. Fighting for the third-place spot tonight, there was a great competition between newcomers Ken&Barbie, along with The Law Dogs and Bronco Buddies. But a solid performance thru the night saw the Law Dogs take home 3rd place. Now, back to Red and Fat. They got the same score every single round, except for Red lantern getting one more point in one round. They both scored over 70 points (which is a great score) and Red Lantern ended up taking the Gold by 1 single point. A total score of 75-74. A rivalry for the ages! Another amazing evening of trivia! Nothing warms my heart more than a solid two hours of question answering. 13 teams played tonight, and what a great competition it was. As usual, Houskey and Red Lantern were hot out the gate with an early-round double. However, struggling in the middle round gave way for Bronco buddies to hold a steady lead going into round 6. A big turn of events in round 6 saw a successful double for Bronco Buddies and "I like big bundts" putting them in 1st and 5th resepectively. Still behind in the scores Bundts needed to pull another miracle to have a chance at a top 3 spot, and they did just that! The only team to successfully double in the final round, gave them an extra 10 points and landed them in FIRST PLACE! What an epic comeback with 40 points total in the final 2 rounds. Bronco Buddies took second place and Red Lantern took third. Thanks for playing!

What a great show tonight! Happening on the heels of a Google employee event, we still managed to have a really great night of trivia. 10 teams competed tonight for the top 3 spots. Out of the gate regulars Red Lantern and Houskey reined dominance for the first 4 rounds. However, everything changed in the matching round. Fat Kyle & The Boys, along with the visiting Germans, were able to successfully double skyrocketing them to first and second place, which is where they ended for the evening. Can't wait for next week!
