QUIZ RECAP

It a double down heavy game, Whiskey Quizness was able to win their 2nd straight week. I was a close contest coming from Schrodinger's Cats and Dogs (who weren't able to get the double down in the final round) and the Cockpits. Team Albatross (pictured) pulled off a 3rd place finish and had the closest guess for total number of votes cast in 2016 to win the coveted free drinks prize.

QUIZ RECAP

This was a close game throughout. Whiskey Quizness took an early lead and was able to hold on to it for most of the game. However the pressure from the rest of the standings was intense. In the end, Schrodinger's Cats and Dogs and Albatross bet it all on Double or Nothing plays in the final round. They came up few Stephen King novels short though. Whiskey Quizness took first followed by Santa's helpers and the Land Sharks.

Whiskey Quizness was also able to demonstrate their knowledge of Long Beach City history to win the drink round. Congrats!

It was a bit challenging trying to host trivia while the Dodgers are in the world series. On one hand, people love their Trivia, on the other hand, though, people also love their Dodgers. Luckily for me, trivia won out in the end.
