QUIZ RECAP

Ravenna remains the top spot to do trivia in northern Seattle, and if you are anywhere in Seattle and believe that you can beat the best this is the place for you. In tonight's game it took a whopping 65 points to win the crown as top trivia team in the land. Being so close to a top ranked University in the University of Washington it only makes sense that the top trivia talent comes to Ravenna to test their brain.

The strongest brain tonight was the Circle of Jerks who were able to overcome a failing in the early rounds to get a few double or nothing rounds to go their way in the last few rounds. Behind them was the surprising Candygram, who despite their name were nothing sweet when it came to the ferocity that they played trivia. Rounding out our winners was Paris Deal: The Pull Out Method That Results in Further Children who showed that maybe these folks should pull out a little less so that they could populate our earth with greater mental talent.

The winner of most creative team name was Bisexuals are Perfect (Botany) which is just an amazing team name. Back story: flowering plants that have both male and female parts are called perfect.

In a night that featured a record number of teams it truly was anyone's game, and next week the competition will only prove to be more fierce.

Ravenna remains the powerhouse that it always has been on Tuesdays for trivia night. Braving the light rain the trivia players came out in force for good beer, food, Trump jokes and of course TRIVIA!!!

In the end it was a wizardly team of Dumbledore's Army that was able to best the rest in a final question bonanza, narrowly edging out closest competitor in Trump Abroad, Good God. The final question was a bit of a doozy, but when you have the powers of Dumbledore nothing is impossible.

Bring up the rear of our finishers was Jared Khrushchov who must have spent a little too much time learning how best to release American secrets and not enough time learning the best things to study for trivia.

All kidding aside, it was another dynamite night for trivia at Ravenna. If you are looking for the best place to do trivia in Seattle look no further Ravenna is it! BAR NONE!!!

QUIZ RECAP

On another beautiful night in Seattle Washington it was even more beautiful inside of the Ravenna Brewery where trivia was hopping and beer was flowing.

Fighting record breaking crowds of hungry trivia participants it was the Number 42 that was able to overcome their prediction and finish in first place with a whopping 54 points. Following right on their tails was the newbie team of Triviarrrrrr who finished only three points off of the pole position.

Third place was even more of a battle. As of the end of round seven both Dawn of the Dread and Filthy Casuals both featured 38 points respectively.  The tie-breaking questions revolving around how long the Harry Potter films are back to back left only 30 min to spare for our third place winner Filthy Casuals.

In  what became another amazing night here at Ravenna, the beer was flowing, the food truck was glowing, and yours truly was blowing trivia questions left and right.
