QUIZ RECAP

Trivia was a huge hit as always! It was my 23rd time hosting at The Bungalow and it made me think of my 23rd birthday, which I also celebrated at The Bungalow several years ago. Whereas my 23rd birthday was a jarty, that's a jean party 👖, for those that are unfamiliar, this was not. However, I think it was a missed opportunity and I should have resurrected by all that I'm out of it. Canadian tuxedo, I see you and I raise you! Despite not sporting an all denim fit, I dressed well for those who are wondering but more importantly, Trivia was a blast! 

Our huge crowd thought, laughed, smiled and cheered through our seven rounds of electric trivia. Hope you'll join us again next week! 

QUIZ RECAP

Vibes were high at the Bungalow for trivia! Players arrived early to  grab a drink on the patio and watch the sunset and then made their way to our trivia room, grabbed a seat in one of the cozy lounge areas and buckled up for seven rounds of fun trivia. Friends gathered in every nook and cranny of the Bung to pore over the clues and questions for each round. We had a great turnout and while every night is great, I think we had the perfect crowd size in attendance! 

As always, we had our tried and true regulars in attendance, with frequent champs, Rob Johnson, claiming the top spot once again. Then, we also had newcomers who were delighted to either have stumbled upon trivia at The Bungalow or who had heard about our great show and finally checked it out for themselves. 

We were fortunate enough to have a VIP in attendance, too -- my mom! She ventured all the way from Pasadena to Santa Monica at rush hour no less to make it in time for trivia. She, of course, comes to support her daughter, but it really might be the delicious Bungalow Burger on the menu that lures her so far west. 🙂

QUIZ RECAP

Trivia night was back at The Bungalow and I hosted trivia for the 21st time at my favorite spot in Santa Monica! Thanks to daylight savings, the view of the sun setting over the pacific was impeccable as we could see the shimmering ocean through the windows of The Bungalow. 

The bar was teeming full of guests and we were delighted to welcome several newcomers this week. We hosted it the day before St. Patty's so the questions were fun -- many of them about Ireland, Irish history and, begrudgingly for this USC Trojans fan, about Notre Dame's Fighting Irish.

The Guess Who round this night was about a famous place and that place was, indeed, Notre Dame. I think we had a trivia night first that no one found quite as interesting as I did, but all our teams made their guesses on the 8-point clue and all of them got them right! 

I've been hosting trivia at The Bungalow for almost six months now and I still get excited when we experience something new. In last night's case it was that all the teams successfully guessed the mystery place and on the same clue no less.
