QUIZ RECAP
Did you know the day before Thanksgiving is the busiest bar day of the year? Well that sure rang true at The Bungalow on Wednesday.
We had 10 competitive teams join us for seven rounds of trivia. The questions certainly stumped some teams this week, but what better way to impress your hometown high school friends than demonstrating your intellect at local pub trivia?!
Though the questions were teetering on the more challenging side, our teams still enjoyed the whole game. Our teams were stacked with strong competitors powered by flowing drinks to slide our players into the extended holiday weekend.
Unlike some weeks, there wasn't a clear cut winner through most of the game as the three teams on the podium switched places many times. However, heading into round 7, a few teams double downed and ended up prevailing, bumping some front-runners off the podium and claiming the Top 3 spots. Who knew that so many teams knew the 11 countries featured at Walt Disney World's Epcott Center.
It was a fun round of King Trivia and once we wrapped up, we cleared the furniture, brought in the DJ, set up the dance floor and boogied our way into the holiday weekend. See you next week!

QUIZ RECAP
We were back at the Bungalow for trivia after one week hiatus. Thirteen teams and more than 60 players filled the venue competed for an epic night of trivia.
It's amazing that more and more people are joining every week. We have the regulars and we have the newcomers, and soon the newcomers will become regulars. Everyone is really enjoying themselves each week at the bar.
It may not sound like much, but all our teams were on the board from round one. We had several successful deployment of the risky double or nothing, but of course there were some unsuccessful attempts as well.
The group was on the edge of their seat with many questions and it was so fun to hear the room erupt as a group collectively reacted to a right answer.
Next week is said to be the bar's busiest night of the year so we are looking forward to a very full crowd. We hope you'll join us this week off Thanksgiving weekend! It's sure to be a great time.

QUIZ RECAP
We had a record showing for trivia at The Bungalow tonight! We had 20 teams that stuck it out for all seven rounds, and more than 90 players came out to test their knowledge. Everyone barreled through the entire game was fully engaged the entire time!
Noy sure if it was just because everyone was thrilled that Halloween is behind us at the holidays are upon us, but the atmosphere was just sensational at tonight's trivia. The question set felt well balanced and our teams ended up scoring pretty high, which I think makes everyone have a better time.
However, there was not a clear winner for much of the game. The scores were quite unpredictable at times. One of our top teams, I Lost my Virginity At, started the game up with several failed double or nothing attempts and a wrong answer on the Guess Who round. At one point in the game, they had -1 point! However, as the game progressed and they landed a few more successful double or nothing attempts, they ended up near the middle of the pack.
Tonight's winning team earned its spot after a successful tiebreaker around for first place! It's not every day that first place is determined off of a tie-breaking question!
The energy was truly the best it's been since we began trivia at The Bungalow and I'm excited for our next iteration. The Bungalow is hosting a private event next week, so no Trivia then, but we will be back on November 17 and ready for another fabulous showdown of King Trivia here in Santa Monica. We hope you'll join us!
