There's always a big crowd on Thursday nights at Pitcher House Upper Deck, but this week everyone was playing trivia!
We were also happy to help Melissa celebrate her birthday!
Our theme tonight was International Women's Day. Round 2 involved asking teams to identify 8 of Forbes' Top 28 Most Powerful Women after peeping their pictures.
Before Round 7, the crowd overwhelmingly voted to play a music round instead of answering the original question. Teams heard songs featuring women from all around the world, and they just had to tell me what country she was born in. Some songs included Shakira (Colombia), Alanis Morrisette (Canada), Kylie Minogue (Australia), Bjork (Iceland), and Selena (Texas, U.S.A.).

We had a good crowd tonight for some trivia action...
Round 4: Teams did pretty well for tonight's Guess Who round. We learned that Sean Connery finished 3rd in 1953's Mr. Universe pageant (pictured).
Round 5: Find the Connection round featured answers with people whose middle initial is the letter 'D'. Answers included FDR, K.D. Lang, and Andrew Dice Clay.

Round 4: Tonight's Guess Who round was all about Helen Keller. When she was 19 months old, she contracted a fever that left her blind, deaf, and a helluva person!
Round 7: If you know your Oscar winners from long ago and recent, you would have fared well!
